   These are really great for riding in my neighborhood, where there are Speed Bumps and Intersections where I would want to clip out when stopping is probable, The other thing about these, if you are clipped in, and go into a turn, make sure your inside foot is raised or the Corki's will scrape the road. If I was going to use these 100% of the time, I might get two sets. You do need an extra set of cleats. I had an extra pair, so it was no big deal.

I would buy them again. They are light and sturdy, I just can comment on the connection and how well the Stay in Place.

   Works as a great alternative for when you just want to wear tennis shoes and bike around without having to worry about wearing clipless shoes. I use these for when my fiance wants to go meander around town stopping frequently. The only minor issue is that these are top heavy and you will need to learn how to flip them around. Other than that they work great and clip in tight. I use these with my Candy Eggbeaters, Make sure you buy the clips that your pedals require.
