   I bought this and another similar Lego set for my 3 y/o but almost 4 year old twin girls. We have a big lego bin already but this was their first time building something using instructions. They caught on fairly quickly. At first they needed a lot of supervisions. About half way through I was barely paying attention and my 6 y/o son was helping when needed. When it was done it was a good looking toy that they still play with. I have to help them put them back together occasionally. All things considered its been a fun toy and I recommend this.

Most Lego friends have rubber hair, but these Lego friends have plastic hair. Although, the pink hair style always pops off of the Lego friends. But that is basically the only bad thing about it. I believe that being able to assemble the LEGO set all by herself give her confidence in her ability to follow instructions. It also helps to show children that you can be creative and add or take away from original outline of set. However, my daughter usually sticks to the instructions. Perhaps, over time she will try to be more creative with it but for the most part she enjoys assembly and play.
