   I’m like to cook but am pretty pokey and kind of clumsy. This really speeds things up and I’m not afraid of chopping a finger off! It doesn’t work well for all vegetables- like carrots, but works great for things like onions, garlic, ginger, peppers, etc. It doesn’t bother me for most of my uses but if you’re particular about that or need to chop something for garnishment or presentation, you’d be better off hand chopping. It’s easier to clean than I thought does well on the top rack of the dishwasher.

The unit is somewhat large as compared to a compact chopper I had previously. I like this tool as it chops cleanly the veggies/nuts/etc. that I want to chop. With this unit I don't have to haul out a bigger electric chopper/food processor. It meets my needs and is a quality product!
