   I’ve been wearing these pants a lot for almost three months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are indeed lightweight but that works for me since I work in Florida. The pants have held up to heat, rain, abrasion you name it, I walk about 12,000 steps a day at work and the pants still look as new as the day I got them. The stitching has proven to be durable as well with no loose threads or anything, the pockets are excellently placed and the Velcro works great. The quality is great, I know that the 5.11 and similar brands are probably tougher and more suited to a harsher environment but for the price these deliver a lot of bang for the buck.

   Seemed to be longer at first but when I put them on with my boots it was a perfect fit, very comfortable, I have used them for hunting every weekend since they arrived and these are very sturdy pants, walking through briars and everything else, I'll be buying these pants in other colors for both work and pleasure as well. The small velcro pocket on upper thigh is a perfect size for most multitools or other slim gadgets. I have a pair of 5.11 pants that have finally worn out and with the quality of these pants for the price I fully expect to be able to get the same hard use out of these.

If you wear them around heavy machinery and they get caught, you won't be able to rip away like with most pants so keep that in mind... sometimes durable pants can be a hazard.    Bought these for my husband and he really loves them. They are sturdy and with lots of pocket, where even a set of truck keys could get lost. (Truly, he said he didn't have them until I made him check deeper into the pocket). They are true to size. He is between 2xl and 3xl and purchased the 3xl, so they would be more loose. He really likes that they are not tight around his legs and for once, he has enough pockets for all the stuff he always carries with him.

   I have two pairs of these and both have held up extremely well over the past year of hiking and camping. They are rugged without being too heavy. They breathe well and have plenty of voluminous pockets. The extra knee padding is welcome and the belt loops are tough enough to support heavier items a water bottle with attached carabiner. They wash up well, but I recommend letting them air dry or using a light cycle to prolong their useful life.
