   This is a very heavy duty collar. It’s very thick and rigid. To fit properly it sits a little high on my Dobe’s neck and I thought it might bother him but he’s never seemed to mind it. He’s a very excitable dude (he’s pre-neuter right now) and having something with a handle is a life saver. The hardware is gorgeous and we get tons of compliments on it. I think my only input would be there Velcro strap under the handle. The edges and corners of Velcro can be pretty sharp and there’s a strap the you can use to pin down the handle but when I use the handle, the edges scrape up the back of my hand. Overall it’s the best collar we’ve ever had and the name patch we added looks awesome.

   Pretty heavy-duty collar. Exactly what I needed for my dog. The handle is a great plus as well, my dog has a tendency to pull on the leash when we walk so this helps with training, whenever she starts to pull I switch to the collar’s handle; she is starting to learn that pulling is not a good idea. It also work great for teaching her to wait for things since she can’t fight it and try to run away as she does when she is on a leash. For anyone doing lots of training like me it’s a perfect tool: sturdy, useful and well designed.

   My favorite collar ever. My dogs get complimented all the time and everyone always ask where to buy it. I've had one for my older doberman for 1.5 years now and it's still in great shape! My dogs swim in theirs all the time and there's no tarnishing or damage to the collar at all. The handle is perfect too!

   Works great and is very sturdy! The collar is very secure and the handle (the reason I bought this collar) is very handy! My pup gets extra excited when people come over and it’s nice to have a good way to keep ahold of him until he settles down a bit.    I wanted to wait about 3 months before reviewing this since collars all look great when purchased. Now that I have thoroughly used this, I can say it is well made. I have a 55lb hunting breed and the collar has seen lots of hard use. It has been muddied up and snagged briars, etc and still works great. The handle is the real reason I bought it as it makes it much easier to handle the dog when up close. I was worried the handle might snag on underbrush when he is scouting but it turned out not to be a problem at all. You can order this with confidence as my dog is only 55lbs but can pull like a 100lb brute when he wants to.

   Outstanding product. Got this for my Mal for everyday type use. Semi-rigid construction of tough fabric. Buckle and D-ring are solid and easy to operate. The Velcro attaches firmly to the underside to sandwich the receiver portion of the buckle giving the handle and D-ring a very secure feel. Placed a custom strip with tel number and name, so no more dangly noisy tags. Very happy with this purchase.

   Awesome collar, heavy, robust, and sturdy with a closure system I really like. Our dog's head happens to be smaller than her neck so it doesn't work if she pulls in reverse, but that's the dog, nothing to do with the collar. The velcro area for patches is a great addition, we have a very good dog that seems to attract everyone we pass when walking, a simple "Ask to Pet" badge has stopped strangers from getting too close.    This is one of the best collar I purchased for my German Shepherd. One thing I love, it can be adjusted to a perfect fit. Very durable and worth the money. With the Velcro on it I was able to have a label made with his name and my number and There was enough room to put (CATION K-9). And the added handle on the collar is very useful when needed and also out of the way when not.
