   I love this! I’ve been so hesitant on buying one and now I’m mad at myself that I didn’t use it before! I’ve read previous reviews about it stopping working but I just didn’t use their batteries. Also I took 1 battery out when I was done cause I noticed that if you accidentally hit the button it’ll just start. I’m guessing that’s why they stopped working for other people cause they didn’t realize it was on and it burnt out. Easy fix is to take one battery out so it won’t turn on by accident.

   People who say this pulls their hair a lot obviously didn’t read or follow the instructions...... if you actually follow the directions this product is great! I’d get better batteries for it in the future because the ones it came with look really cheap (which is probably why it stopped working for people) and if the green arrow isn’t on it won’t work and it turns itself off when you let it sit on the counter while you section your hair so just make sure you’re using it properly! Overall, if you follow the instructions (and I can’t emphasize that enough) this product is freaking AWESOME 😎

   I use the comb end to make sure there are no tangles and then glide the razor side along the fur. As long as the angle is correct, the razor removes hair. Because there is only about 2 inches of cutting surface, it takes many passes to trim a big dog like my Poodle/Bernese Mountain Dog mix. I haven't used it on her whole coat yet, but the areas where I have look professional.

   Absolutely amazing hair tool. I needed hair razor to trim the hair from my extensions thst were getting rather rough and this did the job! It's super easy to use. If your unsure how to use it watch a couple youtube videos and you'll be good to go. It even comes with extra blades.

   I made the mistake of using this on damp hair, and it made it really ratty and dried out at the ends. A few hours later I was really worried about how bad my ends looked, so I tried it again to see if my hair being dry would help (if not I was planning to just trim the ugly parts off and not use it again), and sure enough that did it. My ends are great now, very smooth and shiny. Good product but definently don't touch wet or damp hair with it!
