Really easy to use, relatively painless, clear instructions and nicely packaged. Lots of extra needles too. The only thing that could make this product any better would be to include the antiseptic wipes in it that they advise you to use to clean the area before treatment. Definitely well worth the money.

I used this at first with the larger tip to remove skin tags. You are burning them off so beware of smoke and burining flesh! No pain as ling as you dont hit your actual skin. I did apply numbing cream first. Most were gone with one use and the next week the two larger ones I went back and finished off. Then I got brave and used the fine needle tip to treat a spider vein complex on the inside of my knee. I watched videos on self electrolysis and spider veins to learn how. Im half way to healing, and it looks great. I will likely treat any remaining vein again next month. This has saved me hundreds of pounds at the dermotologist ir reurn to the vein clinic. If you have wuestionable growths see a doctor, but if you know what you have and want to correct it yourslef, this tool works great. No ussues with the power or level buttons. I used level 9.
