We've been looking for something to carry our 2 year old on big field trips (theme parks, etc) and hiking. It took some convincing for him to get on but once he did, he loves it. I love how easy it is to get on and off and it feels pretty solid once he's on board. Anyway did some browsing and landed on this piggy back rider. He got on easy, was comfortable, and I carried him with ease. We hiked for 2 hours and the only problem was he started to fall asleep, which you cannot do with this. That’s not a knock on the product, just expressing how comfortable it was. My wife helped load him so I never tried by myself but I would assume it’s a 2 person job.
