   This is my first time woodburning and this kit has been great. The tool itself malfunctioned after a few uses but I just emailed the seller and they replaced it immediately. Otherwise, I've enjoyed every second. I did see a few people complaining that they were missing a part. Actually, the piece that lets you screw on different tips isn't in the plastic box of tips, it's in a separate plastic baggie. Hope that helps!

The only thing I wish was included was a little booklet or something with guidelines of how to use each tip or what each tip looks like as well as visuals for instructions of cleaning it instead of just written text, but overall great product with a lot of options.
