   I grew up playing with a woodburning kit and this is much nicer! It has a ton of different tip attachments, stencils and lots of accessories. It heats up really quickly (around 15 seconds)and you can use it on wood or leather with really nice results. I like that it even comes with colored pencils, wood to work with and a case to keep everything together.

   This is all you need to start with wood burning! The kit has everything, lots of pen tips to create different lines and stencils for tracing. It comes with 3 wooden blocks so you can start immediately. I realized this is not like drawing on paper. Patience (move slowly, apply the same pressure) and steadiness is the key to create beautiful/same color lines. I pressed too hard as you can see on the photo, it is my first attempt but it aint that bad, right? (with an hopeful look). I just love this tool and will practice daily because it is addicting. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking into this as a hobby.

   I couldn't believe how fast I got this wood burner. I love this wood burner kit! You get so many different tips, stencils, pencils, and a few pieces of wood to practice on. it heats up fast. I started off in the middle of the dial and started from there. It does come with some instruction. I had never own a wood burning tool before and found this very easy to use. I wood recommend this wood burning kit for beginners! The price is great for all you get in the kit, you can't go wrong!

   I got this kit as a beginner wood burner as an activity to do with my 13 yo son because I had another burner, but with only one tip. We bought this kit since it was the same as the other burner, and I knew the tips would be compatible. The pen heats up quickly so you don't have to wait long to start. The pen will get hot & you will need to take breaks to let it cool, to tighten or change tips because they will come a little loose with the heat, but I have used other wood burners & think that is just what wood burners are like. We have a heat glove so I am going to try that next time so we don't have to wait as long for cooling to change tips. If you want it to go faster with multiple tips I would highly recommend getting more then one pen. My son & I would put different tips on the pens & then share so we wouldn't have to wait until it cooled to switch tips.

   This set comes with a ton of stuff!! I have not been able to use everything yet but it is a great burning too. I am using it to teach my younger children pyrography no one has burned themselves yet. Perfect size for smaller hands. Heats up fairly quick and keeps an even temp while we are working.    I LOVE this wood burner! I have never used one before so I did practice on scrap wood first, but overall this was instantly gratifying. There are so many different tips to choose from, and the temperature is adjustable. Turn the heat up high for a deep dark burn, or turn it down for more delicate designs. The stencils included are great for lettering especially if your penmanship isn’t so great (like mine), and it even comes with colored pencils for the more creative burner! This is a great buy of your novice, or a seasoned burner.

   This is a good product at a good price. Its very easy to use and comes in a nice kit to keep it in when you're not using it. The only problem i had with it was trying to change the heads out. The instruction paper that it came with was hard to understand because there aren't any words, just pictures. but after a few minutes of trying to figure it out i was able to get it. i am still really happy with this product though!
