   These eat plugs are great, they cancel out most of the noise so you can rest. I work nights, have 3 dogs and need to sleep during the day. My wife is home a lot of the time when I sleep and she is noisy. If she’s up, everyone is up. These work well to allow me to sleep through the ruckus and commotion. They are super comfortable! I am a side sleeper and don’t even notice I have them in while lying on my side. Super comfortable, just what I needed to get the right amount of sleep.
