   Product is good for start and to check the actual working of such designs with your kids.
   So - every kid is different and mine is a 1 yr old messy headache. He didn't wear it. But then my younger cousin tried it and it was perfectly working the idea of keeping you alive in Indian ocean.
   For my 1 yr old I purchased Decethalons seat floater but that also he didn't try.
   So basically you would have to condition your kid to wear this and try. Don't inflate full fledged, give kids neck a little room and comfort.
   Overall good product Sturdy- seems to last for an year use.

   I ordered this float because the price was much lower than the rest. I haven't used it yet and will update this weekend after we hit up the pool. It's made outta the typical float plastic, nice and thick. I love the bright yellow. It blows up really easy and was assemble in ten minutes. My daughter is 11 months and around 20 lbs. another nice feature on this float is the velcro that allow the top to be taken off and the little can see more of what's around. I'm sure there is a weight limit on this float so please check before putting a child in. There is no way my daughter and get out of this float or tip it over so if your child can, just get another float! For the price it's definitely worth a try and I'll update with how it did in the pool in a week.

He gets so comfortable in it that he tends to fall asleep when we're in the pool. He finds it very relaxing! Provided some good sun protection and gave our boy a fun toy to slobber on. Now, granted I'm not one who just let's my infant float around in a pool without an adult within inches, but I think he would have been fine independently for a few minutes. However, ours never had a hand off of him or the raft.
