   So this is the first time I've used a tool like this and was having trouble using it, but after some trial and error and some youtube videos I got it. There isn't any issues with it besides the vibrations it produces and I use a vice to clamp it to stop it from moving when at high speeds, the other thing is that the size is smaller then I expected and that's on me as I didn't really pay attention to the dimensions of it and you can only work with small pieces and then there is the motor. Even at high speeds it's still very easy to have it stop so you have to be careful with that as you don't wanna burn out the motor. I messed with it today and got a piece done and it works just fine if you know what you're doing as I did not at first, but over all this is a fine machine for the price.

   This is pretty good for the price. If you're not sure if you want to get a lathe it'll work nicely as an introduction. The blades that came with it are far too brittle and I'd recommend getting something much stronger. I'll be experimenting with softer wood in the future and get some recommendations about the tools. The guide for your tool can be a little bit short so I'll be replacing mine most likely in the future. The power supply is pretty easy to adjust and works quite well so I'm pretty excited about trying with softer woods. I

The pulse of the machine is good and the turbine is perfect.According to the complete set, everything is smooth. The machine itself works without complaints. The cutters are not hot and can only be used for soft wood. In the rest, everything is super, thanks for the efficiency.
   The machine is placed on the stool. Works quietly, smoothly. It is stable, does not walk: weight and rubber legs are enough. After unpacking immediately grabbed what was at hand, began to try. On emotions stuck without searching for the center. All ok. Cutters that are included, did not risk.Hardened them with a burner. Sharpened against the stone, replenished goi. I tried them.    The lathe itself is pretty well made, but the accessories are junk. Small hand carving knives dull very quickly, and regular lathe tools are too big. For what I do, wood hand chisels work best. I can turn pool cue ferrules to within 0.001" of what I want. It takes time. There is a learning curve. And, some aptitude is necessary.

   Very limited instructions for beginners. I purchased this micro lathe for micro fishing and hobby projects. I am already familiar with using larger machinery like this so I have no problem. WARNING: Do not let the small size fool you unless you are very careful or know what you are doing you could easily get hurt or worst case have small pieces thrown in your eyes and blind you. Despite its size and power, this is not a toy.
