It says after 3 months of being consistent you will see better results. In which I did my face is more contoured and less round. The only thing is you have to use that gel I couldn’t find a replacement gel but I was able to just order a monthly subscription. I have also noticed that this device has helped my jaw. I sometimes grind my teeth and forget to wear my retainers. This has helped so much my husband says I do t do it anymore. So I also recommend this for teeth grinders and tmj patients. Hehe.
