I knew an iron pipe was used to mark the corner, so I needed a strong and precise metal detector to locate the buried iron pipe. I considered the cheaper knock-offs (mimicking even the Garrett color) but I have had great experience with other Garrett products so I paid the extra to get the real deal. After 3-4 minutes of searching with the metal detector, I located the corner, re-marked with a more permanant item. Great Product!!!

I don't know what I was doing without this. I didn't realize how bad I needed a pinpointer in my life until I ordered this product. It drastically cut my time between identifying a targat and retrieving it. I'm really looking forward to using it underwater and stuff. The LED flashlight feature is more than adequate at low light situations and even into the dark. I even found my cats RFID identification chip with it much to my wife chagrin.
