You will notice that in the middle of the night it has lost a little support so you have to flip it around. Then the side that you moved around will kind of plump itself up a bit. It is really small, I would not mind if it was little bit bigger. I put it in one of my schams, and I actually got an extra 1 just in case. I've tried other similar pillows but this 1 really does seem to work the best. You can use it in 2 different ways, 1 way is more of a curve, and the other way is like a C shape

If you flip it over, it fully supports your neck and is super comfortable whichever way you use it. The only drawback to this product is there is no pillow case.
