One key point I learned from watching youtube videos on high frequency is to ground the device with your finger before making contact with your skin (treatment area) to avoid a shock. Once you have made contact with treatment area remove your finger. Repeat this everytime you remove device contact with skin.

I also used it on the stretch marks on my thighs for a couple weeks and they definitely have faded. The skin around my eyes looks firmer and fine lines are reduced.
