Works better than expected. On my hair, lowest heat setting is best. Makes my short layered hair do exactly like I want. I was leary of cost, but worth every penny (not on sale). Not hard to use. Amazing how much better it is than a curling iron or flat iron.

I bought the 1/4 inch because I have very thick and curly and wavy hair. I get blow outs all the time because it's easier to manage and this product gave the feeling as if I had just gotten one. It's a little confusing to use at first but it cuts straightening time in half and I only have to go over one piece twice if I use a big chunk . This is the best thing Hair tool I've bought and I'm so excited but sad I didn't find it earlier.

OhProfessional 2-Way Rotating Iron, how I love thee! I can wake up with my hair all hit up, just heat this up for about a minute and the magic begins! I walk out of the bathroom about 7 minutes later with perfect, work ready hair! I am in love! BTW I have super fine hair (Caucasian) with a natural wave that can be unruly at times. She tames it down just like a pro.

I have gone through so many curling irons that are now piled into a huge box waiting for the next yard sale! No more though, I have found one that actually does what it is supposed to do: curls or straightens and it leaves my hair silky and shiny. The rotating part does not tangle or hang up in the hair. My hair has never looked this good! Sometimes I like it now better than when my stylist does it!

This works nice, but I have very curly hair and without the ceramic barrel, this does not make my hair smooth/straight, it straightens it but it's a littler too frizzy, even with anti frizz product. It does cut down on the time.
