I had to carry denture adhesive around with me all day because they would loosen then slide up revealing my jacked up teeth.. Smh. So I recieved these and yes at first they seemed bulky but when i took my time (aprox 25 min) to soak in boiling hot water, fit under over my existing teeth until i got proper fit. The fitting plastic has stayed this way since Febuary. All i do is snap them on in the AM and go. I do recommend taking them off to eat, and at nite Remove em brush with soft tooth brush then store in lil case they send with teeth. It has made a huge differnce. My confidence/ self-esteem is greatly boosted.

It makes you sound like you have a lisp. You can set them very easily.. I had to warm mine up to around 140-145.. softened fast.. and no problems on the fitment. I did it twice and I like it. Remember to suck the air from the top of your inner mouth for a great fit. Put them in a cup and left them in the freezer for 5 min. Nothing else to it.
