   This is cute. As others have noted, it is rather delicate (necessary to get it to shimmy and shake) and it may not operate perfectly. Mine does not move from side to side as it seems designed to, but the head bobs around a lot and the arms and ship's wheel move slightly. The overall effect is that the skeleton is steering, and his head moves from side to side and bobs around nicely. I suppose if I tinkered with it, it might move more as intended, but I like it just fine as it is. It adds a nice bit of whimsy to the tank. All I did was open the package, hook up the air line, and plop it in.
