We are sitting them up on bales of hay holding sticks over a fake fire like they are roasting marshmellows. They seem to sit up good on their own and adjust as needed. (By the way - we are handing out marshmellows, graham crackers and mini hersheys in a little package to go along with the skeletons. Found idea on Pinterest)
