Four stars because it is pretty cheaply made. The "hook" is just a flat piece of felt and it got folded in the package, so it was really bent and floppy. It did its job though.

   I ordered the small for my cats. I tried it on my smallest adult cat and it fit him well. Only complaint is that it is a little snug in the armpit/chest area. I would suggest to go up a size for the average size adult cat. It definitely won't fit my big tomcat.
