I have used this scar scream on the older scars for about 3-4 months and I can tell it is making a real difference. Again, I am using them on acne scars so other types of scars I'm not sure about. You don't need to massage for 3-5 minutes like it says on the directions page. Nice product will be buying more again after my first tube is done. And the tube will last a while; I have been using it 2-3 times daily and it has lasted me about a little over 3 months so far.
