   This is the third brand of scar cream I am using in the past two years. I have noticed vast improvements to the color and texture of my acne scars. I am reviewing this based on acne scars, both new and old. Newer scars tend to fade away after two to three weeks of constant use. My older keloidal acne scars are a bit more stubborn. I have used this scar scream on the older scars for about 3-4 months and I can tell it is making a real difference. Again, I am using them on acne scars so other types of scars I'm not sure about. You don't need to massage for 3-5 minutes like it says on the directions page. Nice product will be buying more again after my first tube is done. And the tube will last a while; I have been using it 2-3 times daily and it has lasted me about a little over 3 months so far.

Used 2 times a day, just a thin coat, start 2 weeks after stitches or what ever closure used on the wound through week 6-7. It flattens and takes away redness. One of the best scar prevention products around
