They have figured out as they’re starting to press down on a tooth and feel some tension that the mouth is going to close so they try to change to another tooth. We had to institute a no changing after touching a tooth rule but they still have lots of fun.

The shrieks of joy and surprise when the crocodile closed his mouth made this game so much fun for them. It doesn't hurt, but it is a surprise to get caught in the croc's mouth! The kids played with this game for a long time. They chose it over electronic games and toys. It was a big hit! I'd buy this game again in a snap!

   Review!! Crocodile Dentist!! Manufacturer says “Ages 4+” and “2-4 players”. I highly disagree with these statements. My 2YO loves this game AND will play the game by himself, ha. Very kid friendly. Enough space between the pushed down tooth and the top of the crocodiles mouth. I do recommend putting the game in a spot where kids can’t get it at 7am while you’re still sleeping....otherwise it’ll wake you up 😂. I do recommend this game for family game nights and a way for kids to entertain themselves.

   It's a charming game for people of all ages. I purchased Crocodile Dentist for an individual I work with that has developmental disabilities and they are obsessed with it. We've played it together and they enjoy it for it's sensory stimulation and I had fun just killing time with it. Highly recommend.

   As a child, I remember going to my Mamaw's house and playing this game. Imagine my delight when one day I was browsing Amazon for games for my 3 almost 4 year old daughter and I saw this!!! I was so excited! After purchasing this game, I was a little nervous that the crocodile "biting" her would scare her, but she wasn't afraid at all. She thinks this game is tons of fun and hilarious! We play several rounds of Crocodile Dentist full of laughs and fun!

   I remember this game as a kid so I purchased this one for a dental head start project a work. It's so perfect for ages 0-5 but any age past that they may get bored. It is all one piece and there are no pieces to lose. The mouth snaps down when they press on the "aching tooth" and it may startle the toddler but it's not harmful in my opinion so adult supervision will be needed at first to show them how to reset it. It's simple; a great visual, hands on educational tool. I love it!

Fun game for two or more, but even more fun with more players.    We bought this for a 3-year old... it's simple, the game lasts less than a minute, and there's very little explanation required to figure out how to play. We are enjoying lots of giggles as we pretend to be afraid of pushing the next tooth, and then we ham it up when we get "bitten." I'm also a fan that it is a one-piece toy, so no pieces to lose. One unexpected outcome is that we are also using it as we play Barbie games (the crocodile is at the zoo - Barbie needs to fix his teeth). It's creating a lot of imaginative, interactive play time opportunities.
