I like the plates they are very helpful for instances when you put rice in a bowl, main meal second, and fruits or desserts in the third, and then you split it with friends or kids and parents among each other. You can even use the cap as a plate. Or use the plates for crackers and bread.

It keeps it hot for a while but it’s 6 hours before I have my lunch and it’s room temp by then. And milk products spoil pretty fast in it. I was sad that day. No lunch. It is honestly fantastic other than that. I still give it 5 stars. The largest part holds 1cup cooked rice and 1/2 a chicken breast cut up and the medium part hold almost a whole apple cut up. The small parts hold nuts or grapes pretty good.
