   I have asthma so I bought this to monitor my o2 levels at home. I am really impressed with this device. First off, it's super-simple to use. Just turn it on and put it on. Second, I was really amazed at how great the color display looks. The display shows your heartbeat waveform and the resolution is great! After I used this for a few days, I tried holding down the button to check out the menu of advanced features. That also turned out to be really easy to navigate. You can turn off the alarms and adjust other settings in the advanced menu. Overall, I can't believe that a device this cool is so cheap.

   I needed this product for heath reasons. 1. The battery cover is impossible to remove. After multiple tries, it came off and I put batteries in as instructed. 2. The Device did not work. 3. I attempted 75-100 times to remove battery cover to take out presumably disfunctional batteries supplied by manufacturer but was unable. I will never buy a health related product on Amazon again; you are endangering my life with your poor quality of products.

   I bought two sensors and the readout screen was exactly the same ...but .... the devices looked different..... Apparently they are same electronically. I got another device called iProven and it really works. This device showed my Oxygen levels at 89-93. I took my finger out and tried it again and my Oxygen level was 100 and then 99. That is impossible. My heart rate was jumping up and down from the 70's to the 90's. Don't scare yourself with these inaccurate readings that this device gives. Get the iProven or some other Sensor.

   The unit work ok but the cheap factory installed batteries leaked within two years and damaged the unit so it’s no longer working. I’d recommend you replace the factory batteries and replace with some Duracells or Energizers

   I’m a nurse, so I bought two of these. One for me, one for my coworker. Turns out when I put both pulse oximeters on the same person, one is consistently 5% less than the other, which does not make sense. I also compared the faulty one to the hospital monitor and it was 10% lower than the hospital monitor. Therefore, one pulse ox was working and the other was not. Inconsistent accuracy.

   This does not provide consistent readings. Gives me blatantly false pulse readings many times. Taking it off and putting it back on again will get more believable readings. SpO2 seems to be similarly variable. Yesterday it was giving me readings between 89% and 98% within a couple minute span.
