They aren’t huge but not swallowable. She loves them so I love them lol I feel bad saying this but I mean no harm by it. These other reviews are not anything like my experience so far. The bad stuff I mean. They are awesome. They do come with extra batteries and a perfect sized screwdriver. Which honestly in the realm of toys with hearing aid batteries when do you ever have a convenient story to tell when it comes to replacing the batteries. Mine are still in perfect shape ajd like another reviewer I bought mine for my kid and she adores them
