   Although it's mainly stated as for knee use we actually use it for shoulders and elbows too, or really anywhere that you can get comfortable coverage on. Since there's two straps and the material is pliable it's relatively easy to get it to a right fit for different sizes. This thing is great for everything from helping with muscle fatigue and recovery to general comfort. After a extreme day of hiking we usually resort to a warm compress to help with muscle recovery and this does that but with the addition of vibration massage which is a something that is even benecial to be used on its own. The heat keeps it nice and toasty, enough for a comfortable level without being too overbearing. We'll be glad to have this along during winter outings where warmth in the right places can make a big difference.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from arthritis knees which I have since an operation to remove cartlidge in 1981. I work very heard to avoid having knee replacement and this will be a big help. Thankyou

This one delivers the heat and vibration through three 1 inch jade balls which puts the heat and vibration right where I need them.
