I cook a lot of eggs for our family. You'd think after that "practice", I'd get the hang of it. Nope. Eggs all down the outside of the pan, and all over my hands. Took a chance on this. It worked perfectly the first time, and has continued to do so. I eat a lot of eggs whites as well. I've found the egg separator works perfectly also. Even if the yolk breaks when I cut it, it stays in the holder while the whites run out. You have to work quickly if that happens but it's fine. One tip for using the separator, make sure you do not have it tilted forward and down at all when cracking the egg. The yolk will slide out the front. It happened once to me. I made the simple adjustment and never had another issue. Love this device.
