Or perhaps your partner is allergic to animals, and refuses to ride in your vehicle unless your dogs are properly restrained far in the rear of your vehicle?? If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these, try this harness! I’ve previously had the fleece-lined, which only adjusted on one side (??), so it never fit properly and was hot. So far, for my 12-14 pounders, these harnesses seem fine quality, are easy to get adjusted securely, and none of the three seem to mind wearing.

   I bought these for a cross country road trip for my big dogs. They were perfect. No harsh seams. Padded front piece. They are secure enough to walk them and keep them in the car. Best part is that my escape artist shepherd is not able to get out of these. I absolutely love them. I tossed all the other halters and walk them in these daily. They hold up under the string strong pullers of my shepherd and my pittie without causing them any pain. Comfortable enough for them to wear all day so we're ready to walk at a moments notice. I only remove them at night at this point. A 1000% recommend for both comfort and durability. Escape-proof, comfy, cute, and well made.

   My 17.6 lbs Cojack fit perfectly in the xs harness. I think it looks super cute and she seems very comfortable in it. I’m planning to use this back clip harness only for car rides and during our long leash training sessions. For our regular walks, I use an easy walk harness (because of the science behind how a front clip harness works). Haven’t used the seat belt yet but it looks neat and sturdy and guessing it will work great. Will update my review if I note any problems with it.
   The harness seems perfect to use with a long leash since it clips at the back. I read that using a collar or a regular front clip harness on a long line is not a great idea. Please read further about this concept and spread the word about safety for our pups.

   I have bought a few of these for my growing pup. I got one when he was smaller and it came with the seatbelt (the red vest) . Then he grew out of it and I got a bigger one (the black one) that came with another seatbelt that is actually a bit longer than the smaller one which I thought was awesome that the seatbelt grew with him too!! I wanted to get him a harness for safety which driving (he LOVES car rides but always wants to be halfway out the window so we had to strap him in lol) but I didn’t want to spend a fortune on one that I know he will grow out of (he’s an 11 month old, 95 pound American Akita and still has 40 pounds to go before he’s his parents weight) and this is absolutely perfect!! Also I don’t like to pull on his neck when we’re out in public and this get rid of that! I can control him better and it seems comfortable to him and that’s what every dog mom wants!
