   Fantastic press. I was hesitant to purchase at first because I was used to an electric press and feared hand fatigue but boy was I wrong. This press is super easy to use and requires very little effort. One click and you have perfectly portioned dough. It is very easy to unscrew the cover to add more dough or to switch design disks and comes apart nicely for easy cleaning. I have made numerous recommendations to friends on this product and will continue. I am very happy with it. The disk storage is a nice bonus and is large enough to store additional disks not included should you purchase the other seasonal sets available.

   I read reviews on so many different types of cookie presses and i was still nervous about buying one. Most reviews are scary and say it broke right away, didn’t work, impossible to clean and so on. The reviews were bit as bad with this one so i thought i would try it and it was such a success. I had never used one before for it was a learning curve but so easy to use and so easy to take apart and clean. Feels like good quality and would recommend to anyone to use.

   Got this for Christmas baking day and pumped out 5 dozen perfect little spritz cookies. One pump of the lever = one cookie. It takes a fair bit of practice to get your rhythm at first, but after that I flew. I was surprised at the quality of this press. It is made of super durable plastic and the metal plates are heavy and strong. I love that it comes with a carrying case since I may be purchasing more holiday plates in the future and wouldn’t want to lose any. It even comes with a recipe booklet to get you started on all the different versions of spritz cookies. This little device is definitely going to be used every year!

I like the contoured grip area at the top, it really does help you to hold the press in a comfortable, ergonomic way. I love the plastic box for disc storage, what a great idea!
