The controls are located inside his red toy bag on the floor so they are hidden. We like that it plays so many different choruses, but the volume can be adjusted or turned off and he can still climb up and down. Our little grandsons love him!!!! We have him leaned up against a pencil tree so we didn't use the brace that is included. This works great for us. We are very pleased.

Google posted it and I watched as the price came down until I bought it. Old Santa climbs his ladder dragging his string of lights up. I set it up against the wall just to watch it work but will put it against the tree when I break out the Christmas stuff. Great item, great seller, great price. Love it!
