You do need a fairly sturdy tree for this topper since the projector mechanism adds a little weight. The cord is long, which is very convenient for plugging in the topper. It’s a black cord, so I had to get creative to hide it in my white flocked tree. The snowflake is completely covered in silver glitter on both sides and is equally pretty front and back. It comes packaged in a box that will be good for future storage. I’m really glad I made this purchase. It’s perfect with my decorations.
