   I bought this product to keep my nonverbal grandson from slipping out of a rented beach condo. The kit was easy to install and it worked great. It kept him inside the condo and we didn't have to worry about him getting into danger. Right before we left we followed the manufacture's directions for removal on their YouTube video. We heated it with a hairdryer for about 5 minutes and it popped off easily without damaging the paint on the door. We kept the plastic strip that we took off to install the kit and we were able to use it to recover the back of the door lock. I plan to reuse it in the future. I highly recommend this product!

   These safety handles are great. Our toddler is a little under 3 feet and hasn't figured out if we only engage the lower portion, we can leave the top portion open and move the door handle up to open the door. He only pulls down to try and open the doors which is prevented by the lock. Some locks only let you adjust the top - this one lets the top and bottom locks work independently which makes it easier to use - for the adults.

   Easy to install. We actually installed it upside down (as opposed to the directions provided), with the flat part on the bottom, pivot side on top. Our little one can barely reach the door lever and pulls down, hitting the flat non-mobile part. This is helping so we don't alway have to "lock" it in place. Would highly recommend!
