   I wish I was more consistent with using this. I see results after using it. I use it on my neck, lower jaw (Jowls) and inside arms the most. It heats up to a comfortable temperature and is very soothing. I clench my jaw so in addition to slimming down and tightening, it helps relax my jaw and ease any headache I’ve developed from my lovely bad habit. I mostly use the infrared. I haven’t tried the many other modes it offers

   I’ve been using this item for 5 days and I kid you not I’ve lost inches!!! My skin is so much tighter and my mom pouch is almost non existent I’ve worked on this for 7 years and nothing helped but this did. My only compliant is the placement of the buttons to get a good grip you end up turning it off also this may just be a malfunction with mine but my handle gets super hot! Other then that I love this thing so much wish I bought it sooner!!! I’ve referred so many people.

   I love to use the fat burning option in combinar with the light. That is the main reason I bought this product in combination with the reasonable price. What I didn’t like was that it took some minutes to figure how many times I needed to press the bottom to get to the option of fat burning plus light and how to attach the pads. Once I was able to figure it out I was hooked.

   I didnt really think this machine would work but after having a baby last year and dealing with the extra stubborn weight I thought I would give it a try. So far I have used this machine a total of 3 times in the past 2 weeks and lost 1 inch off my waist line and 1/2 an inch off of my arms. With the stubborn fat melting away I also lost 5lbs. The result work best if you are doing some sort of exercise along side with it to ease the fat burning process. I have done a lot of diet and exercise in the past and nothing has worked as well as combining exercise with this machine.

Great product, when you turn it on it doesn’t make a lot of noise, doesn’t heat up or anything, it just vibrates and the red lights are on. But some people think it doesn’t work. It comes with pads. It is honestly a great product. I was hesitant because of the reviews but it is worth every penny. You feel the difference since the first use.
