   Not sure what "sheerness" means in this context (???) so I can't give it a rating on that, but this product works as described. I still have trouble with acne because I have a bad hormonal imbalance, but it has taken the edge off for sure, so if you don't have the same problem then it will probably help you even more. I would recommend consulting a dermatologist or experienced aesthetician while using it. It dries your skin out a lot, which can be a good thing but I can see how it might be easy to overdo it or accidentally burn yourself if you turn it up too high or leave it in one spot too long. Basically put it on the lowest setting to start with and keep it moving, and probably just 1-3x a week is plenty.

   I have only 2 complaints, the wands produce ozone which has a very strong smell so you have to kind of hold your breath for the seconds you use it; and second, the mushroom shape one is a little hard to move it along your skin unless you have some cream or something to make it glide. Otherwise, I do enjoy the product and I see results for my acne and wrinkles, I do not know how much has been done from the part of the wands because I also use adapalene retnoid and an LED mask (both of which I HIGHLY recommend to be used in conjunction with this for optimal results, in fact the papers that come with the wand recommend the same thing).
