I have bought countless massagers before in the past and they were all pretty much the same, all having the same features just a different design. What I like about this massager is the Lumbar lift feature. You can use it sitting in a chair or laying down. I found it worked best laying on the floor but if you can't get on the floor then sitting up works just as good, and when you use heat and vibrations you will feel like you have a new back. Its skinny enough you could travel with it and its easy to store away while not in use. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would make a great gift for a relative.
