It only takes 30 seconds but you can brush again. My son is not a very good brusher so after the 1st time, I saw a major difference in his teeth. This is an amazing addition to your tooth brushing routine. I do my normal tooth brushing, 30 sec on each lower outside, lower inside (of mouth), upper outside, and upper inside. Then I put a little tooth foam in my V-White and then I just run 15 or 20 seconds on each of the brushing intensity and I can't believe how clean my mouth feels. My gums are feeling much better after using the V-White. I used to have receding gums on my lower front teeth, and regular brushing I have to be very delicate there or I can get cut and sore in that area. The V-White has helped incredibly well. My gums are nice and pink and no sore spots! Fantastic.
