   The product works great with supplied tennis balls, it’s challenging finding replacements that won’t get stuck. My dogs are heavy chewers so the balls lasted about 20 minutes until they exploded.. it’s pretty spontaneous and never consistent when launching. One time it will shoot a few feet and the next it will launch the ball never to be found again. My puppy ate the rubber feet on the bottom of the launcher, I’d suggest gluing those on if your dog is not smart like mine.. speaking of not being smart he picked up how to use this toy within an hour. He loves it and will try and launch whatever might fit like socks, tangerines, rocks etc. expect to be flipping this thing upside down trying to dislodge whatever they stuck in there, don’t forget to unplug it or you will get blasted. It does it’s job and my dogs are happy with it.

Now, she and 20 other little dogs LOVE it, but she'll only use it when other dogs are present. Our challenge was the sound of the motor was off-putting when we were at home; however when there is a yard full of other pups, she had a great time!
