First, it makes for quick removal of the metal water lines that are hidden up behind the sink bowl and then quick work on the plastic faucet hold down nuts. Second, it makes the reinstallation of the new faucets very quick and easy. Very rugged and easy tool to use. Highly recommend using this tool, it takes the "hate" out of doing these changes.
