After about 10 days the wetting drastically declined but kept wearing the alarm for about 7 weeks because it was still going off 1-2 times per week. At first I put a pull up over his underwear and after the first two weeks went with just PJ pants. Only downside is the clip is too difficult for a younger child to do themselves, he may have been able to clip it but might have pinched himself. So I helped when needed which was fine. Overall very happy!
