   *all cons had immediate pros*I put my first strip on too high on the top teeth. Tingles the gums, but not damage or discoloration.You can see the foam (peroxide I assume) as it works. You can taste it some, but just limit swallowing.I was afraid I was going to pull my teeth out when removing it.Didn't hurt, just really stuck on there well.Some teeth had super bright spots, all were whitened to some degree.Left some product on teeth. Brushed nd achieved a beautiful all over white. White tips were now matching the rest of the tooth.I use it every other day and use advanced white artic fresh toothpaste

   I only put these one one day a week for 30 minutes and it does a good job at keeping my teeth white. I am a coffee drinker and my teeth look nice and white. Some reviews mention the bottom strip being too small for bottom teeth. It is actually perfect for me. I like that the part that goes behind the bottom teeth is smaller than the part that sticks to the front of the bottom teeth. Other wider strips bunch up as I try to press it behind my teeth. These strips are perfect for the bottom teeth in my opinion, for me.

   i have bonding in my front 2 teeth. my past dentist said there is no way to whiten them. even suggested if i want white teeth i have to do veneers. if only i wasn't broke, i would've done it. i'm so glad i didn't.
   i just found another dentist who was willing to just redo my bonding as needed (last time was 3 years ago)
   then on a regular basis, because i drink coffee, i just use this whitening strips for maintenance.

   I bought the strips because of the good reviews it received. I have been a coffee drinker for over 40 years and I was shocked when I saw a close up picture of my teeth. I purchased it and used it twice a day as recommended for someone with my degree of "stains." There was a noticeable difference in 3 or 4 days and even my husband commented on it. Now my teeth are not sparkling white and never were and never will be but they are so much better looking. I had no pain with this product. I did find it easy to use but had one problem with my lower teeth. I have somewhat crooked teeth on the bottom and the strip did not hold as well as with the upper teeth but this was due to my teeth and not the strips. As a result of my experience my husband is now using them (once a day) with noticeable success.

   Ordered the strips for me and my fiancee based on all the good reviews. Since, we were both using the same 14day supply box, we only were able to use half the box. The results from just half a box meet my expectations and my fiancees. Her teeth look movie star white, so I really don't think she needs the full 14 days, although I think I could use a couple more days to maybe get a shade or two lighter on a few hard to reach teeth. The advance seal works very well for adhering to those problem teeth that may not be perfectly inline with the adjacent teeth. Just push the strip onto any teeth not perfectly in line and the strip will stay sealed to contour over the adjacent teeth. Amazon's price was perfect and 2 day shipping got it to my door in 1 day.

The one time I left them on for 45 minutes, I noticed sensitivity throughout the day, but it didn't last more than 24 hours.Whitening: Noticeable difference in the color of my teeth at the end of 14 days. About day 10 I started getting compliments and people asking if I had bleached my teeth at the dentist, which made me feel good because I knew that meant they were working.Convenience: These strips are like tape on your teeth, meaning the outside of the strip that rests against your mouth is smooth and free of any gel.    I was a little worried these strips were going to be like the older ones that dissolved on your teeth but they are the newer types that really stick and don't make a mess. I would recommend only following the instructions for the first few days. Once I see a difference in color I only put them on every few months or so. I've made these boxes last YEARS that way. And as an ex smoker of 10 years and black coffee addict.. I can tell you that this product works and can be spread out over time with excellent results. Well worth the price. No need to spend thousands at a dentistsoffice.Itt works by letting hydrogen peroxide (the bleaching agent) sitting on your teeth. I really advise against using it every day for 2 weeks. No one wants over sensitive teeth! Give it a shot. You wont be disappointed in the results. People are always asking my why my teeth are SO white.

(Coffee and cigarettes daily) Whitening toothpaste did nothing. So I gave these a go and I am SO GLAD I did! I'm not even done with my very first box and my teeth are so much whiter!! The strips fit perfectly on my teeth, never slid around and only gave me slight sensitivity when using the 1hr express. I bought these with high hopes from the reviews and I was not disappointed in the slightest! I went into it being a heavy coffee, tea, and soda drinker therefore having really stained teeth. I also had not been the best with brushing my teeth (don’t judge) but these strips honestly helped me stay on track with it. I have also laid off the staining drinks completely and have switched to drinking only water so that may have helped me get better results as well. Would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone struggling with getting rid of stains on their teeth. My mouth has never looked better!!

If you get a little fun sensitivity stop using for a couple days and then go right back to it and its usually fine after that. I think that may be due to accidentally placing the strips too far up so they may be irritating your gums a little. Never a real problem for myself or anyone I know. SERIOUSLY if you are unhappy with your smile these are the way to go! Forgot to take a before shot of my teeth but I swear if you use them as directed you will be very happy. This is only day 4 and I'm thrilled already!
