   Awesome plate carrier it does fit on the more medium to large side. I 130 and it is a tad big. I did purchase foam inserts and it fit and felt 100 times better. As it is so soft and comfortable when loaded up you need the plates unless you are larger and can get it nice and snug in my opinion

   Can beat this for the price matter fact I do see why you would need anything more it has all the qualities of any vest carrier you Maybe want something that works better where the attachments and the side plate gear attach,that little combination or area is the only setback beyond that great just a little awkward,works fine for me for I a pretty good size fella it is definitely well-made ,lots of slots for gear attachment front and back, material well made, and the look is a Appealing.

   The vest feels high quality and should be very durable. You can remove the magazine covers, shotgun shell holder, and pistol holster. Removing the pistol holster reveals some molle attachment points, but otherwise the only other attachment points are on the back. The vest has a bunch of built in pockets of various shapes and sizes, including 4 AR magazine and 3 pistol magazine pockets, so it's definitely not lacking on storage.

   Good quality, especially considering the price. Stitching is solid, no obvious flaws. Color is consistent, no overt fading with a hot water detergent soak. MOLLE loops aren't perfect, but I've seen that on expensive stuff too. It's definitely close enough to function. A little on the large size for someone of my frame (40 or 42 jacket), but it can be made to work. I think that just means I'm continuing to fall below "average" size as we become more obese... Interestingly, this has belt loops, which I would not connect on a "fore and aft" plate carrier. (Imagine trying to take it off...)
