The item works since I was able to test with supplied SD card. However if you're like me and don't have a computer running Windows only a Mac then you can't open the software. You can download the app no problem but in order to add your own images you need the software. Item only takes bin files and the converting software supplied is only for Windows. Requesting a refund and looking for one that will work with common file types not just bin.

Image quality is great, and converting mp4 to bin and then uploading using the app was surprisingly fast. It took the same amount of time as it would have if I ejected the TFF card and manually uploaded the files myself. So that was a pleasant surprise.
