There are no little army men, which was honestly the main reason I chose this one. He loves the trucks so I don’t have the heart to take it away from him and return it but thought I would let others know.. especially since it appears from reading other reviews, we’re not the only one with this issue. Very sad and disappointed. BUT WAIT... My son was playing with the box just before I was going to throw it out, the little men were taped under a piece of cardboard.. he found them. I looked all through that box and didn’t see them. Look harder, they are there!

The army men are about half the size as “regular” ones (see photo) but we didn’t buy it for the army men. A solid four star toy.

So he is not extra rough on his toys. Based off that I still would say that these are durable and tough. I think it would take an extra rough kid to break these. Can't go wrong with army men and trucks with my kiddo. He is 8 years old and loves them!
