WOW what a difference it made! They're easy to put on and don't slip or roll down my leg, even with sweat literally dripping down my legs from intense dance workouts (they are somewhat breathable but definitely do contribute to the sweatiness - at least they can be washed), and they're snug enough that you definitely feel them, but not too snug as to restrict movement. I've danced, hiked, and done yardwork wearing these without any problems or complaints. And most importantly, it really does help with the knee pain. With it, I can bend and squat and get back up in ways that I can't really do without it. Not sure how they hold up in the long term since I just started using them consistently in the past few weeks, but they've definitely been a lifesaver in those few weeks so I'd say it's worth it.
