Do they look like "uppers", yes. But at my age lot's of folk wear dentures. The "natural" color and individuality of each tooth make them look like a top tier denture.

I actually have had two pairs of these in a three year period because I am hard on them! I eat with them and I have fitted both pair to wear over my partial. You can do anything with a little patience and determination because these Imako's are so flexible! I lost the enamel on my teeth due to the medication I am forced to take after becoming an organ recipient. Some of my front teeth are so badly broken and I am saving money for a very expensive surgery. In the meantime I don't have to hide my mouth in shame because of the Imako teeth. I am so grateful that I have that option! Be Blessed everyone!

I have purchased this product more than 10 times over the past several months and they have been life-changing. I was in the beginning process of major dental work & then I lost my insurance due to covid leaving me too embarrassed to smile. Most times, I have simply removed the adhesion and used denture glue and stuck them in. Because I have most of my natural teeth, I have to use a pair of nail clippers and take the back couple off. I have tried several different brands but Comfort Fit flex by Billy Bob is the best by far. The Imako brand was okay but definitely not natural looking. My suggestion is to purchase to 2 pack and then play around with the fitting. I don't even bother with the adhesion on back after tearing several pair up while trying to fit.
