   The unit work ok but the cheap factory installed batteries leaked within two years and damaged the unit so it’s no longer working. I’d recommend you replace the factory batteries and replace with some Duracells or Energizers

   I’m a nurse, so I bought two of these. One for me, one for my coworker. Turns out when I put both pulse oximeters on the same person, one is consistently 5% less than the other, which does not make sense. I also compared the faulty one to the hospital monitor and it was 10% lower than the hospital monitor. Therefore, one pulse ox was working and the other was not. Inconsistent accuracy.

   This does not provide consistent readings. Gives me blatantly false pulse readings many times. Taking it off and putting it back on again will get more believable readings. SpO2 seems to be similarly variable. Yesterday it was giving me readings between 89% and 98% within a couple minute span.

Curiously there are directions for installing the batteries but none for installing the accompanying lanyard. I would argue that the battery installation is obvious. I question whether the model I received has a provision for installing a lanyard post manufacture. Frustrating!
