   This controller works exactly as advertised. My order arrived within 2 days, thanks Amazon Prime, and was pre-charged upon arrival. The packaging for this item was amazing with custom cut foam to fit the controller, and the extra items in their own box with a cardboard cutout around them to prevent them from rattling around.

   I know Nintendo and Nintendo knows me. But this Snes controller does not feel third party. I believe Nintendo is disguised as 8bitdo. You really can't tell the difference. I use it on my S8+ with zero lag, battery lasts a long time and the buttons are crisp with good tension. I will order their similar snes controller with the analog sticks soon.    For starters I'll tell you the only problem I had, I connected it to my nvidia shield and it kept on either not responding or over responding when I used the d-pad, This was quickly and easily fixed by updating the firmware from my computer so no points off for that. I purchased this as a gift for my sister who grew up playing the Super Nintendo, since we own an Nvidia Shield TV it wasn't much work to get a solid emulator (retroX) and have her playing her childhood games in no time. She absolutely loves it and says it really feels like her old controller. The battery life is solid and it couldn't have been easier to set up. I highly recommend this for nostalgic gamers.

   This feels very like an old Super Nintendo controller. It does feel a bit heavier, but i tend to like a bit of heft to a controller. Has a good battery life and on the platform I use it for there is no noticable lag. Setup with the blutooth was really easy, with the usb, just plug and play. A nice throwback to my youth.    This controller is awesome and feels great. It's not a perfect replica of a SNES controller but it's a great controller and the price is great. What really made me fall in love with this controller was when I found an SNES controller at a flea mark for a few dollars. The controller shell was scratched and ugly but my main interest was the buttons and internals. That night I took apart my SNES30 and the flea market SNES and swapped the buttons and conductive pads. As the SNES30 is a replica it uses the same conductive pad and even the buttons have similar notches and every single one fit! Couldn't do the L/R buttons sadly due to the way they are designed, but using the conductive padding helped alleviate this strong "clicking" feeling when pressing them down. Overall I give this controller a 5/5 stars, and if you can do yourself a favor of using original SNES parts from a dead controller, you won't regret it. (PLEASE DON'T GUT WORKING CONTROLLERS)

   But the company, they are positively amazing! I purchased this for use with my RetroN 5, and had a great deal of difficulty getting the controller to pair and sync with the console. I shot a message to them on Facebook to see if they could help, and by goodness they could & did. They confirmed my error and promised to let me know what they discovered. During the process I was sent a couple of beta firmwares to test out and report back on. After a little back and forth, they finally created a firmware that solved the issue perfectly!

Went from v2 firmware it shipped with to the latest at this time 4.01 and the controllers are working great!

   This little controller is awesome ... I love it. People complaining about lag need to look at their own phone for that because there isn't a bit of lag between the controller and my note5. Exactly what I was looking for and it works perfect. I purchased an application called SuperRetro and I've been playing Zelda and Tetris attack all night. I hope it holds a charge for a while and I wish it had an on/off button but the dummy lights help. To connect it, I just plugged it into an outlet and then bam it powered on and connected with no issue. Favorite thing this year on Amazon for sure it came in really nice packaging. It is so unappreciated and underated.

   These look identical to the SNES controllers I remember from my childhood, only without the cord. The controller has multiple modes (joystick, keyboard, etc) which allow it to be used with a variety of different devices. I was able to connect two of them to a Retro Pie machine without too much hassle. The D-pad and buttons feel solid, and the controller itself feels very well made. This makes an excellent choice to play old console games through an emulator.

The controller connects easily, is comfortable, and performs very well. I highly recommend this controller for any type of retro gaming.
